Pineberry Manufacturing Inc.’s Targeted Insert Solution feeds marketing material into various sized cartons and totes.

Toronto, ON, March 21 2019 – Pineberry Manufacturing Inc. will be exhibiting at ProMat 2019 with the Targeted Insert Solution. New to the line of Pineberry products, this unit features multiple Pineberry SF Friction Feeders and works to streamline the process of inserting marketing material into totes and cartons of different sizes. This system is largely applicable to both B2B and B2C e-commerce companies as it works to increase efficiency and decrease labor costs and packing errors.  The friction feeders are placed along an automated conveyor line that, when triggered by a signal, carries each container to the necessary feeder(s) to receive the desired marketing collateral. This signal is acquired from a warehouse management system by scanning a barcode located on the tote/carton, which determines the type and quantity of material it will receive.
